Carolina M - A Sign of Fall

This picture was taken at Cheaha Mountain where i went camping last weekend and was taken with a Nikon D5100. I added contrast to make the colors of the leaves pop out and brightened it a little. The picture didn’t need much editing. It could have been better if I focused more on the entire picture because half of it looks blurred. I took this picture because my favorite time of the year is fall and the leave represents that fall is just around the corner.

This photo is beautiful! I love the color of the leaf with the brown background. I think the blurred parts of the picture don't make the picture look worse, i like it like that.

You did an awesome job on this photo! I clearly see the triangles in this photo. Also, I see where the Rule of Thirds was applied. The warm colors of the leaf contrast great the neutral background of the tree trunk. Personally, I don't think that anything could be changed to make this picture better because it's perfect as is.

I really like this picture because of the contrast of the leaf with the tree trunk. The lighting on the scene has a really natural look to it and you can really tell the main focus of the image. I think it would be a little better if it was a tad sharper so you could be the grooves on the leaf or the tree more clearly, but overall, I really like this picture. It's very simple, natural, and you do get a sense that fall is approaching.

i Really like this this photo. Ive taken a photo just like this except the leaf was on a sidewalk but they look almost identical. The tree trunk adds a lot of uniqueness to this photo as well as a setting and more color. I'm not to sure if id change anything because overall its a really good picture.

I love this photo. I really like the contrast between the leaf and the wood behind it. This deep contrast gives the picture a more "fall" feel. I personally like the blurred edges because it puts more emphasis on the actual subject. I don't think it needs any more adjustments. However, it might've been better if the picture was a bit more sharp so you could really see the details in the leaf and wood. But that's more of an opinion that you would have had to deal with while taking the picture. Overall great picture, well done!
