Brianna S- Sunny Days Ahead

The title of the picture i chose to use for Photo Blog #1 is named Sunny Days Ahead. I took this in January while I was at the beach. I took it with my Nikon 3100. I edited it on my laptop using the default editor that came on the computer. I cropped it and mostly just adjusted the saturation. It could be better if I have originally taken the picture to the size i wanted it so I didn’t have to crop it as much which made it blurrier. I really like this picture because it reminds me of the memories my family made on that trip. Even though it was cold we still managed to have a great time.

This is a very well composed picture. The light shining through the clouds gives a very cool effect. The depth of field is deep because you can see a lot of the ocean, and the light is very soft because it is not the main focus, the people are. The colors are very vibrant and can be seen well. This picture does a very good job conveying a mood. The mood is soft and sincere, because of the people standing near the ocean.

Love this picture! It seems to be really romantic and loving. I think that it fits perfectly because of the Rule of Thirds. The picture doesn't contain any faring but i do see the separation of the foreground, middle ground, and background. The colors of this particular picture fit perfectly together. This picture makes me feel calm and safe in a sense. I would pay to have this photo as a mural in my room.

Very nice photo! The yellow undertones of the sky and the blue undertones of the sand and ocean really go well together. I liked the contrast of dark and light that was created along the horizon and how as you move along the horizon, the colors seem to have a gradient effect. This photo gives off pacific/ calming vibes which is nice.

I really love this picture. I like how your subject isn't in the middle of the photo but still enough space on both sides. The colors are very pretty and the contrast is very nice. Not to dark not to light.

I really like this picture and how you can see the light coming through the clouds and the yellow in the sky. I like how you can see a lot of the ocean and the mood of the picture is very happy and I like how the people are walking along the beach together.

I love this picture! The lighting in it is fantastic! You perfectly captured this moment in time. Your use of rule of thirds makes the photo stand out and tell its viewer a story. The over all feel of this picture makes me warm and happy because of the sunlight shining through the clouds.
