Hellen A- El Cantaro

I name this picture El Cantaro. I took this picture for our still life assignment. This was my narrative picture. I took this in my backyard. I put a white sheet over my fence and I added a yellow blanket. I edit the wrinkles out of the sheet and I also brighten the yams. I wished I would’ve edited the wrinkles more.

I love the lighting in this photo so much! I think the way you've spread out the objects is nice and balanced, and the coordinating colors are gorgeous. I wish that you had either continued editing out the wrinkles, OR left them in entirely! I think the imperfections are sometimes really nice in these types of photos. Great job!

This is a really nice photo! I like how you positioned the yellow blanket behind the red flower vase, it really stands out. It reminds me of Mexico because of all the red, yellow, and dark colors displayed throughout the image. The lighting/exposure could have been a bit better by using a reflector or some type of light in front of the objects.

This photo is absolutly gorgeous. I love all the different items in contrast together. I love how you created the background with a sheet. It really looks like you put effort into this. I think you could have brought some of the items closer to the camera in order to tell what they are. Overall, a really beautiful photo.

This is a really good photo. I agree you could have edited out the wrinkles more, but overall this is a really lovely photograph. I like how the ground looks like it asa texture to it instead of a flat surface.

I love this photo! I like how you brightened the image. I think that the lighting was great and being outside made it really pretty. I like how the focus is the big pot and the blanket. Overall I think this picture really tells a story about your background.
