Dalton D - The Smoky Mountains

The title of this photo is “The Smoky Mountains”. I took this photo during Spring Break when we were passing through the mountains headed towards Asheville. I put the HDR Efex Pro 2 filter on it from the Nik Collection, and it turned out like this. I didn’t do any other edits because I liked how it came out so much. Looking back on it, the only thing I would have done would be to brighten it just a hair. Other than that, nothing else. I am very happy that the filter was able to capture the pure beauty of the view.

The smoky mountains is great photo, the way you were able to edit this to create so much depth and contrast between the mountains, the sky and even the difference in color between thee trees. It is nice to look around the photo and be able to spot something divergent with the rest of the image. I agree with you on bringing up the brightness but it still looks great for a Nix Photo. All the leading lines of the mountains and land really draws ur eye into your photography photo. great photo definitely a keeper!

I really love this photo! I went to the Smoky Mountains during Spring Break in 2017, so I really relate to being in that type of setting 9with the mountains and trees just start to turn green again). I really like how you used the efex filter from the Nik collection because it brings out the colors/detail of the photo without it being too much. And the overall position of the photo was cool as well because you get a sense of depth with the giant mountains being in the background. Overall a very good photo!

I really love your picture! It is very beautiful. I love the depth of field and believe that it is correct. I love how you can see the mountains in the distance. I also really like the colors in your picture. I love the blues and the greens. This seems more like an artist painted or drew this, which is really cool. I also like how the different variants of blue flow together in the sky.

I love this! Super cool and I love the variety of colors. Also how the clouds look almost like a painting as well as the mountains. Good Job!
