The title of this image is Cricket, it was taken at Ross Bridge when I saw a a cricket sitting on the railroad tracks. I took this picture with my Canon EOS Rebel T1i. I darkened the image and increased the contrast and shadows to keep the cricket as the main focus of the image. I wish I would have gotten a little closer to see more detail in the picture.

I think this is a very cool photo. I like the detail and focus you were able to get on the cricket. I think it would have been a cooler shot if you were able to get closer or get more zoom, but I understand that it is difficult to get close to a living organism. Other than that I think you had a great angle and focus on the cricket to make a beautiful photo.
Beautiful picture of fischburne. I love the colors in the cricket and the track it's sitting on. The reflection looks cool as well. It definitely would have been cool if you could have gotten a tad bit closer to really caption the detail in the cricket. Altogether a great photograph. Braxton S. -HHS
I enjoy the colors in this photo because the cricket is focus which it makes the background blurred.
This is an awesome picture because of how hard it is to get a picture like this. I would think that you'd have to get really close to a Cricket and hope it doesn't jump away. I really like how the background is blurred so that the focus is completely on the cricket. I also like the angled lines in the background. I Think if you did get closer it would have more detail but I think the detail the way it is now is fine.
