Zach F - Devil Kid

The name of this picture is “Devil Kid.” It is a composite of a previous picture on here titled “Wall.” I edited the picture by duplicating the layer, giving it a polar to rectangular distorted filter, and then giving it the difference filter. I then blacked out the surrounding area until only the wing like shapes remained. I think this picture could be better if the left wing wasn’t so much larger than the right wing.

The picture already looked great, but the wings along with the filter make this picture even better. The red and black theme give it a very dark feel which just works out perfectly with the title! The shadow is really well centered while the wings expand which shows off how the person is standing against the wall. Overall this is just an awesome picture and definitely a keeper, great job!
First off, I love the title to this image. I feel like it fits the photo perfectly. I really enjoy the red hue that and the fact that the red looks like wings coming from the person or person like figure in the center. I like the fact that everything other than the red is just black and nothing else. Overall I believe that the photo is very well done.
