I chose this image because I really love how the final product turned out. I took this for the Pick a Color assignment. I made the image black and white first before restoring the color just to the Bible so it could pop a little bit more. This is definitely one of my favorite photos I’ve taken in a while.

I really like this photo! I love how you left the Bible in color but everything else in black and white. I can see the Bible was your main focus for this picture and it came out really good especially with it being red. I don't think it needs to be more focused because it came out great. The lighting on the bible is great! I like that the for color you didn't use a red tint but just the color of the actual bible. The photo seems pretty balanced. My only gripe is that the picture doesn't really tell a story but it still looks good. Overall, I like it so keep up the good work.

I really love this picture! I like the focus on the bible and nothing else. I also think you used the exposure really well with how bright everything is it looks really good! I like the colors, you had the background black and white while the bible was in color. I also like the balance of non-subject areas and subject areas. It feels like you can tell there is a story behind this picture, and behind that bible itself. I really like this photo! Dalton C. - HHS
