Nicole T-Piano Keys Manipulated

This picture is a composite and it is called Piano Keys. The keyboard was taken a few weeks ago at my house, the ocean with the sunset was taken at Santa Monica Beach during winter break. and the lights are taken at the Griffith Observatory in LA also during winter break. They were all taken with a Canon Powershot Sx 150 IS. I edited it by adding the lights and sunset to the keyboard and using different layers with different blending modes. I could be better if I took more time to edit it.

Magical picture! I really like the idea of having a picture of the ocean and the beautiful sky overplayed over the close-up of the piano. I like the cropping of the image a lot because it keeps the focus o the eye themselves instead of the piano as a whole. I think that the picture could have been improved by making the sky more noticeable on the parts of the keys in between the white and black keys and on the keys towards the bottom left side of the image. I think i would be a good idea to slightly decrease the opacity of the ocean image as the image gets closer tot he edge of the keys however I think that having the image extend to the edge would look good as well. I also really like the color range in this image. In one part the image is back and white colors and in the center there are shades of blue and purple. The contrast makes the image look special. I like this picture a lot because of how magcal it looks with the lights reflecting off the water. Matt H- HHS

I really like this picture. The colors in the sky look super dope. I like how you can see the water through the piano keys. The lighting and shadows are really nice in this pic too. These colors blend really good together and make this shot look really good.

I like the dark lighting this picture has, because creates a nice contrast between the white and black keys. Also, I like the diagonal that the keys make. Overall, I like the calm mood in this picture because it shows the beach while playing a relaxing piano tune, which is really great.

I really like this picture. The fact that is has a piano in it makes it great. I love the sun sets ocean in the background faded. It really makes the picture. I also like the colors. It ties everything together. I wouldn't do anything to change this picture. Overall it is pretty good.

Nice picture! The focus is sharp on both the piano keys and the sunset, which I feel is appropriate for this image. The cropping is good because there is no boring, empty space. I would hang this photo on my wall because it is a very interesting composite. Great job on this composite.

This is a really good picture! I like how the ocean and sky don't overpower the piano keys. I like how the ocean is faded a bit because it makes the colors of the sky pop. The saturation is good and you blended it really well. I would definitely hang this on my wall. very nice photo!

Nice picture the colors are really good. The theme really looks like something from the picture. I like how your up close to the subject to give it more detail. Keep up the good work.

I really like this image! This is so cool how you added different images into the piano. I like how the bright colors are on the top which looks like the sky and then the darker colors on the bottom and that looks like the ground! I would so hang this up in my room. Overall this image is so cool! Great Job!
