“Bros & Bikes” is a picture of Everett Young riding in what was called the “Chickenhouse” dirt bike race. This picture was taken was last Saturday in Maplesville. I took this photo with my Canon Rebel while it was in sport mode. I edited it by using a brighter filter off of the VSCO app. To make this picture better, I could have angled my camera more towards the back of the bike, that way more of the splash and previous background was shown.

This picture is awesome, and Everett's bike is awesome as well. This picture seems a little over exposed on the white of his gear and bike but other than that the colors look very good. It seems like if you had moved to the right a little then it would have gotten rid of that plant and gotten a better angle of the bike and water splashing. This gives off a very exciting feeling because of the action you captured in the shot.
This picture has great light along with black and dark vs light areas. The motion that is created by the water makes the picture have some action. The subject also follows the rule of thirds and is not centered, but instead it is on the right side of the picture so that it was space and the picture can demonstrate that an action is occurring. I the picture reflects the intensity or rush that a person might feel as he/she races. I really liked this picture it looks amazing.
