Wheat was taken a few days ago in the courtyard at this school. The photo was taken with a Nikon Coolplx and no edits were made to the photo.

Josh, this is a very cool photo. In regard to a technical area, the focus is very good. The subject is very clear to the eyes while the plant life in the background is blurred out like it should be. In regard to a composition area, I feel as if the cropping/framing could be better perhaps if the whole upper portion of the in focus subject were visible rather than cut off at the top of the photo. It is great as it is though. In regard to an aesthetic area, I really do like this photo and would absolutely consider it a keeper. I think it would serve well as a framed photo, iPhone background, or desktop background. You did a great job on this photo!

This is a really cool photo! The details of the wheat are very sharp and focused. I like how the background is blurred and faded which makes the wheat stand out even more. It looks like a desktop background. The only thing I would change would be the cropping. I wish I could see the entire wheat stalk, but overall, it's a very nice photo!

The main subject of the photo is the wheat. I think the focus is appropriate for the situation because it's nicer to have the main subject in focus rather than the subject and many of the distractions making up the photo. I think the main subject is in the center, I also like how it is detailed on that one stalk of wheat, I appreciate that. I hink you should change the cropping and let there be the ENTIRE stalk of wheat for next time, but overall great job. I like this photo.

This picture is really cool! It's amazing how there were no edits done and it still turned out this good! There's so much detail and everything is so focussed. Everything is really good but one way it could be better is if the background was darker so there was more contrast. But overall great job!

I love how the camera is focused on the main subject and the background is blurred. The details in this picture make this photo even more high quality. The exposure of this photo is evenly spread and it is just the right amount. I am amazed that you managed to get a photo that is very well balanced and didn't need to edit the photo. This photo is really nice.

The photo looks very fine. It doesn't need the whole wheat stalk to look nice.
