I took this picture from my front porch one morning. I was taking pictures of the leaves on the tree for the color assignment. I turned on the flash while I was taking the pictures even though it was light enough outside to take pictures without it. I really like how dark parts of the picture became and how much the orange and red of the leaves and sunrise were emphasized. All I did to edit this picture is to adjust the levels a little bit.

I really like this photo with the correlation of colors between the sunrise and the leaves. The way that the leaves colors are edited into warm colors, and with the sunrise behind them, the colors in the leaves are emphasized. I also like the DOF of the photo so that the focus is on the leaves, but the trees in the background are visible but blurry. Overall, the color blending and appeal is great.
