Cole G - Lightstreaks

I took this photo by using christmas lights and moving them around with an incredibly slow (5+ seconds) shutter speed, to create a long exposure effect. To edit the photo I adjusted the curves and added a warm photo filter to emphasize the glowing streaks of light.

I really love this photo and how the light streaks pop out. Ive always wanted to do this kind of picture myself but haven't yet but i really like this one. I also like how there is no main subject like a person or plant, i like how there are different strokes and how the top goes from light to dark.

Cole,
This photo is awesome. I love how the lights are all really warm and they give off an orange, almost red kind of glow. I also like how the background has a gradient pattern in it. The only thing I would change is there are some dirt streaks in the picture and there is also a small blue dot, but that's just nit-picking. This photo is amazing! Good job.

This is a great abstract photo. The manipulation of the shutter speed was executed perfectly.

This is a wonderful photo! i love it!! It reallygives me some ideas for the future. i also like the warmness in it!! i maybe would have made it more orange at the top instead of so dull but over all good job!

I really like this picture, I think that it was very creative of you to use the christmas lights with a low exposure. And the orange color pops out against the black back ground.

The soft focus of this picture works really well in creating the effect of movement. The bright red coloring of the light also looks cool against the black background and makes the picture more vivid. Overall, I like this picture because it creates a nice graphic effect.

I really like the idea behind this picture and I think the picture turned out pretty well. It is a little over exposed on the top half, which you could have just cropped out. The slow exposure did make the lights look really cool and since there's a black background the red/orange of the lights turned out well and looks really good. The picture has kind of a warm feel to it because of the color of the light and I really like it, I would just crop out the top where it is overexposed.

I really like this picture it looks like you set of fire works and set the shutter speed for longer I think it could have been better if there was a main object in the picture but that would be tricky for a lot of people overall good pic ps your lens may need to be cleaned

I like this photo because there are many unknown things about it. The way you slowed down the shutter speed makes the photo look really cool. At first, I had troubles understanding what the image represents, but otherwise I don't think there are any other parts where you can improve it. All in all, I still think that this is an interesting, good image.
