Dalton D - Nature's Walk

The title of this photo is called “Nature’s Walk”. I took it at the Preserve’s main park on October 29th, 2020 with my Canon Powershot SX40. The way I edited this was by taking up the highlights while dramatically decreasing the highlights. I don’t have many complaints, but one would be that the path was clear and not full of leaves. There was a very large storm the night before, so it was very messy. Nevertheless, it’s still a fun photo.

I think this photo is so pretty! I really like how the photograph is at just the right saturation and brightness. The photo is not overexposed and it has a really nice vibrance to it. I like how the lighting is not too harsh or too dull, and I really like the overall focus of the photo. One of my favorite parts is the simplicity but also the detail of this photo. Overall, I think you did a really great job!

This is a really great image! I really like the lighting of the photo. I like the way that the sun is shining through the trees and making cool shadows on the ground. I also think that the crop of the image is nice. It sort of transports the viewer into the picture and makes it feel like we're standing right there with you. Great work! -Ella F. HHS
