Macy M- It's Dark Inside

This image is titled, “It’s Dark Inside.” This photo was taken in a small space between my couch and table during the “About Me” assignment. This was taken with my mom’s Canon Rebel. I made the image black and white, I bumped up the definition, and I added a vignette. I could clean up the image a little and reduce the noise. This image was a complete accident. I just took a picture as my brother was reaching for the camera.

I really like this picture! you did a great job on the detail and on the color. I love how its a dark image and you can see all the details of the hands and fingers. This picture really came out nice!

I like the mystery of the picture with the black and white and the blacked out background. I like how the focus is in the middle of the photo and gets more blurred toward the edges. Good job keep up the good work.

This is an really good image. I love the fact that its black and white and also how dramatic it is. Without a description I would never know what he is reaching out for.To make this picture better I think it would be better with the whole had to give an easier explanation of what going on but other than that its a great picture.

Very cool picture! I like how you changed it to black and white instead of keeping it in color. I also really like how you can see all the lines on the hand clearly. I don't know if you went around the background with black but i like how everything in the background is black to really make the hand stand out. This is a keeper.

I love the story behind this image, and how intense it looks even though it was a complete accident. The lighting, in my opinion, is perfect and I love the detail in the hands. Good job!

I love this photo because of how mysterious it makes the viewer feel. It seems like a scene from a horror movie. As for photography and editing aspects, I love how the vignette setting is used since it amps up the contrast levels between the hand and the dark abyss behind it. The sharpness is at great levels and so is the lighting. Great job.

This is a really cool picture! The angle it was taken at gives the image a really eerie vibe. The way you balanced the shadows is perfect, but I would suggest adding a bit of grain to the photo to add to the creepiness I see in the picture. The contrast is excellent as well. Overall, I think you did a great job with capturing and editing this photo.
