Charis H- Fairy Tails

This picture was given the name “Fairy Tails” it was taken in the photography studio I used an antique book I had at my house and folded in the pages to create the heart. I edited it by vastly increasing the contrast and bumping up the vibrance of the whites, I also made the shadows darker to provide a bigger contrast between the whits and blacks in the picture. As for the improvements I could have probably blurred out the text more in order to center the attention on the heart.

Charis!
I really like this picture!!! I love how you cropped it so that not the whole book was showing and it made the heart look closer. I also like the gradient from dark to light from using the light and the shadows. The mood of your picture matches the title. I would think of fairytales and happily ever afters whenever I look at this picture. This is definitely a keeper!

This picture is so cool!! I love the gradient effect and how the colors contrast. The picture portrays a very deep and meaningful message. I would think of this photo when I think about a sunny Sunday afternoon reading my favorite book. Such a good job!!!

I love this picture!! I would have never thought to photograph this! I like how you really focused in on the heart and took the heart off center. It really gave a better feeling and didn't make the picture feel so standard. I do agree with the fact that you could blur the words out more, but I love this picture overall. This is defiantly a keeper!!

This picture is very aesthetically pleasing. I really love how you did the lighting. It helps give a sort of "fairy tail" mood, which is why the title is perfect! I would hang this up in my room! Very nice work!!

I like the balance between dark and light in this image, and the focus is very nice. The little color adds to the antique effect. This image really shows a love for books and their contents.

Great photo!! I really love the depth of field in this photo and the edits. The one ray of sunshine coming from the right side of the photo really adds a dramatic tone for the picture. Overall, Great work! Hayden H- HHS
