Amber T- Double Pink Flower

The title of the image is Flowers. It was taken on Wednesday night on my front porch. It was taken with my Nikon D70. I edited it by cropping, adjusting colors, blurring the leaves in the back of the picture to take the focus to the flowers, and brightened the picture to bring out the pink color of the flowers. It could be better if I followed the rule of thirds more and put the flowers in one of the corners. The flower is a Dahlia flower.

I love the bright warm colors in this photo!! The different contrasting elements in this picture are also really amazing.

This picture is really pretty. I love how you can see the yellow in the middle of the flower. The colors in the image are really vibrant and strong and i like that a lot. It really brings out a lot of the details which is really nice. Grace B-HHS

This is a really cool picture! I like how you've saturated the pink until it is almost red so it contrasts with the green of the leaves. I also really like how the foreground is completely in focus and the background is slightly blurred. Over all, I think that this is a really nice picture.

This is such a great picture! The focus is so nice and sharp. The flowers are very bright and the colors in this picture contrast perfectly. I would hang this on my wall! - Mariam T HHS

This picture is visually sticking. The way the flower is centered and and the color of the flowers really brings it out. It also takes up a prefect amount of space, allowing for the background add to the effect of the flower to show more. However, I feel as if it is a little too bright. On a small picture like on this website it's fine, but feel as if the brightness makes it a little uncomfortable to stare at. Otherwise this picture is fantastic.
