Gracie C - Frog

The title of my picture is “Frog”. The picture was taken in my backyard on September 24. It was taken with my Canon TOS Rebel T5. I edited it by removing some of the glare from the lights with the patch tool on Photoshop and by brightening it. It could have been better if I had more lights and spread them out more in the background. The picture is of a frog statue that I took from my grandmother’s old house while she was moving. The light source is my set of bee string lights that my mom got for me.

So cute, well done! I love the feeling of this picture and the soft glow the lights give it. The frog is super cute and just chilling in this really calm and lovely setting. I feel like how it is now is just perfect, I fear if you did add more lights it probably would have been too distracting or too bright. Right now it has a soft glow snd warm feeling and nothing is overpowering anything else. I love it. Great job!

I really love how you used the Christmas lights as your light source in this picture. I like how the image is pretty evenly lit. This picture reminds me of summer nights. Definitely a keeper.

I think this is a really cool photo! I love the vibe that it gives off- the frog and the lights make for a great subject and scenery. I like how the light adds some shadows on the outside of the photo. The focus of the photo also looks very good- it is very clear. Overall, well done!

Gracie, I love the light source in this image. The string provides just enough light. I think the image would have looked cooler if the frog was the only thing in focus. I think this image provides a peaceful mood.

I love this picture!! It's so cute and I love the lighting of the lights. I think the amount of lights is perfect. If you focused more on the frog I feel like it would have been better!

Really like the lighting in this picture! The shadows look really nice. The frog is goofy, but it looks good in the image because of the way its color works with the plants behind it. If anything I would increase the contrast just a tad, but nothing major. Great photo!

This is really good Gracie!! I really like that your bumblebee lights give off light to show the colors of the plants, frog, and pots in the picture. I really like the balance of light in dark in this picture. It has just the right amount of lighting needed to make it a great picture. This picture has a vibe of calmness and relaxation. I really like it would definitely hang this up in my house!!

I really like this mood, I think it gives a really warm and kind of homey feel to the viewer. I also really like how the lights almost frame the from statue and really draws your attention to it. I think the frog could be a little bit more in focus and it might have been nice if some of the green and other colors had shone out some more to create some more contrast, but other than that I really like it and think you got most everything else right.

It really cute. I like how your only lighting was the lights around the plants. I like how the frogs isn't to dark or to bright is a really nice picture
