Welcome to the Hoover High Digital Photo Blog.
Here you can see images and comments by Digital Photo students at Hoover High School. The blog will be updated daily so check back to see whats new.
This was taken in my room on July 27. The picture was taken with my canon rebel t6. I edited it by adding light, color, enhancing, definition, and sharpness. I think this picture would have been better if you couldn’t see the scratches on the tank.

I love this picture so much! the color you added was perfect. I love how you focused it on the fish. I de feel like maybe if you made it a bit darker then perhaps you wouldn't be able to see the scratches on it. I really like the purple color you added great touch. This is a picture that just makes you feel happy. Overall its a great image it feels like it means something to you and the name is significant.
I like this picture alot the color you added is perfect. I like how you focused it on the fish . it could have been a little bit darker then perhaps you wouldn't be able to see the scrathes. The purple coloring is great. This picture make just sit think of what to do next. This picture is great and it means something to u-Kameron W HHS
I really like this picture I think the fairly monochrome purplish color is very interesting and makes for a very cool picture. I'm not sure whether you edited it to belike this or if you were just able to take the photo with that color palette but I really like it. I think there are some areas, like the fish's head, that could have had some more light in order to show some more detail, but otherwise it's pretty good. I think the fish maybe could have been a bit more focused and sharp but the glass and water could have been making it hard for the camera to properly focus so I'm sure if it could have been much better. I like that you followed more of a rule of thirds composition pattern though if the fish was slightly more to the right it could have looked better. And like you mentioned I think if you had managed to find a way to avoid the scratches on glass this is definitely a picture I wouldn't mind having as a computer background or hanging on my wall.
This picture is really pretty. I love how you chose a purple cast over the picture. Also, as other people have mentioned including yourself, the picture could've been better without the scratches on the tank.
