This image is called “A Peaceful Lake View”. It was taken In Riverside, AL on Logan Martin Lake on August 25. It was taken with a Nikon d3400 camera. I used the chrome filter, changed the light and color settings, as well as used the sharpen, definition, and noise reduction to enhance the photo. I think I could have made it better by finding a way to make the lake look less yellow-green.

I really love the color in this image. The green is very vibrant and contrasts really well with the red and shadows of the two chairs. It is well balanced. I think that the image might have been better if the two trees were not blocking the view of the lake; they almost blend slightly with the water.

I really like this image. I think it is very peaceful and very beautiful. If the two trees weren't kind of blocking the view, this photo would be perfect. I think the red chairs really make the photo pop and it looks really good. There are no other changes that I think would make this photo better. Definitely a keeper! Noah M- HHS
This picture is very pretty! I like how the chairs make it seem symmetric. The colors of this photo are very strong and I like how its mostly cool colors and the chairs are both red. The mood I get from this photo is relaxed and calm. The lighting and white balance is good in this photo and I like how the light reflects off of the lake. Overall I think that this photo would be a keeper!
This picture is incredibly pretty! I like how everything looks so perfectly placed and kind of like a reflection of each other. The way you edited to make the green pop makes the picture. There was a beautiful balance of color between the red, blue, and green parts of the picture. This picture makes me feel very happy and relaxed. I feel like I would love to visit this place when I want to think and be alone. It is incredibly peaceful looking. I would definitely hang this in my room because it looks so peaceful and pleasing to look at.

I love the focus of the chairs in this image. I also like the soft focus of the lake in the background. I think the framing of the chairs is very nicely done. I really love the colors of this picture, it is very beautiful!

I really love the feel of this image! It is very aesthetically pleasing and gives off a peaceful mood. It is nicely balanced, and focused. I love the red chairs in the mostly-green background. It adds a nice pop of color.

Mollie, I love how well the image is focused on the seating and birdhouse. I love all the different colors that naturally pop out in the picture. I like the mixture of light and shadows throughout the image. I would definitely hang this up at my lake house.

I love how much colors there is in this picture. I love how well the exposure is. I love how soft focus it is in this picture as well. This picture is very well balanced. This picture gives me so much summer feelings. The feelings that this picture gives out is very happy vibes. Good Job!!

I really like the symmetry of the chairs and table in the foreground , though I also like the variation with the background and having the boat off center to work more off the rule of thirds and create some variation. I really like the color contrast between the reds and greens and while I know this isn't something you could really fix, if the lake was more blue or clear instead of having so much green I think it would create a lot of interesting contrast. I think this photo does create a bit of an interesting story and I feel like this is totally a picture I'd be willing to hang on my wall. Even though it doesn't seem like you added too much editing this is a photo that is able to stand out by itself with out excessive editing.

Great picture! I love all the color it has to it and the view is amazing. Its so cool how it looks like it is symmetrical it looks.
