I took this image for the Close Up assignment. I really love the contrast of the grey in the wood and the green from the trees in the background. I love the tunnel affect that the picture has. I edited this just by playing with the levels and colors and touching some minor blemishes up. I just thought the picture looked really cool.

This is a really good photo. I especially like the focus of the photo. The subject of the photo, which is the nail, is put into extreme focus while the background is blurred out to the max. I feel as if this helps put more focus on the nail, which is supposed to be the subject of the photo. I also like the fact that you placed the subject of the photo in the center of the photo. The photo would not have looked good on a third because the background does not look as if it would add anything to the photo. Overall, I really like this photo. Great Job!
