Katelyn H- Eye

This picture "Eye" was taken in class using the black backdrop. While editing I first zoomed in on the eye more to get a closer look at it. Then I selected all of the picture except the eye. Then I turned the selected pieces black and white. Then I focused on bringing out the green in the eye best I could.

I love this picture!

The black-and-white effect really makes the deep green of the iris pop. I also love how bright this picture is, because it makes the green seem deep and rich.

As far as clarity the picture is perfect, I would only blur the background hair a little to remove the nose, because it is slightly distracting.

Also, good job with the positioning and subject. I feel the tilting of the image adds intrigue and creates a mysterious feeling while your subject has truly beautiful eyes.

Good job!

This is a really good picture. I like the way you made the color of the eye just stand out.

I really like how clear and focused this picture is. It looks really nice the way the eye is the only thing in color and the way her head is tilted to the side a little. Great job!
