Jackson C - Rollin'

The title of this image is “Rollin’”. This image was taken a few months ago on Highway 31 heading up the hill past Target at The Grove. This photo was taken with my iPhone. I edited this photo by blurring the background to make it look like the vehicle was going much faster than it actually was. The photo could be a little better if it was more crisp/clear.

I like how you captured the main focus of the car, and blurred the other cars in the background. I also really like how your eye is drawn to the main car that is ahead of all the other cars in the image. Also, I loved that you added the blur filter which made the car look like it was going faster. The only thing I would have edited out was the cap/some type of shirt hanging from the rearview mirror. To me it’s kind of an eye sore since the vibrant colors consist of mostly green and yellow, but overall I really like this photograph.

This is really cool! The crisp car and blurry background is a really cool effect. The only difference that I would have made is maybe a little less blur? Although the effect of the car being the only clear part of the image is interesting, I feel like it would be nicer if some more of the image was clearer. Another, separate idea is to completely flip where the blur is and have the cars in the back be clearer than the one in front. I think that might heighten the faster effect you were going for.

Amazing! I really love how the car stands out so much, its so clear. It is really focused on the car. The image could have been cropped a little bit near the bottom.

I like how you made the car stand out from the background. It makes the car appear as though it is made up out of plastic. I wonder how you made everything else blurry except for the car? Anyways, I wouldn't change anything about this photo!

I really like this image it was very unique and how it was taken in the middle of traffic. I love the way the car is like the main focus and you made the background blurry. I really loved the way the car is popped out In this image. I would rate this image a 10/10 because it was the perfect shot and well edited.

I really enjoy the concept behind this one, catching cars in motions is a extremely hard task. I really like how the car is the center of attention and how it really pops out and you can clearly see what you wanted to be the center of attention. The only thing I don't really like is the background, I feel if the back was slightly darker it would pull it all together.

I like the action in this photo, the focus and blurring is excellent. The photo certainly gives the allusion of the car going at high speeds. The timing worked out for this photo as well as it was leading the other cars behind it. Personally I would crop some of the photo out and have more center and focus on the car. Then it would be an extremely good photo. - BB HHS
