Jiya P- Untitled

I took this picture in my room on carpet. I forgot when I took this picture. It was taken with my Canon Rebel EOS T7.  I have my portrait mode on.  I edited this picture I add noir filter. Too make it darker I decrease Exposure, Shadow and brightness. I also increase the radius to make the edge lighter and little bit darker.

I love the lighting of the picture and how their is a equal mixture of dark and bright light within the image. Within the background there is something that is being exposed by the lighting, so Maybe try to watch out for things in the background. At the end I really like this picture and you did a great job with the balance and lighting.

The picture looks very nice! The shallow depth of field makes the subject stand out a lot, and I like the way the pages of the book fold in, drawing attention to the ring. Having the book set against a dark background brings more attention to the foreground as well, making it catch the eye. One thing I noticed was the fact that the pages are brighter than the ring, which makes it a little hard to tell what the subject is. This being said, the sharp focus helps the ring stand out, giving it more contrast. I personally like the picture a lot, and other than some small digital editing changes I might make, I think it's great.

I like this picture. I like the depth of field in this picture especially; the way that the ring is clear and as you look farther beyond it, the picture gets more faded. With this method, the focus is directly on the ring. The ring being in the middle of the picture also helps keep focus on the ring. There's a very romantic vibe to this photo. Maybe it's the ring or the soft lighting, but I feel as if I am about to read a love story.

I loved the way you set your photo up! The image is crispy and perfect but the background could've been black and the setting would be better but the focus and lighting is amazing. Portrait mode is the best way to take pictures and you used it perfectly! The ring shines and the book looks so good. You probably could have put a filter and made it look magical!

This picture looks great! I like the ring in between the book pages but maybe you could've moved it on top of the pages so we could see the words and ring or maybe the cover of the book. The lighting is very direct and only focuses on the subject. Overall I love the way you took the picture!

Nice Photo! Its really cool how the ring has a sharp focus that helps draw your attention to it. Its also nice how the ring is the only thing that has color, everything else is black and white or dulled out. I think this photo is awesome. I was scrolling through and saw it and knew I had to comment because I liked it so much.

Love the lighting in the image. The image is very clear and you did a great job focusing on the subject and drawing viewers to it. The only thing I would say that needs work is that the carpet is super blurry and makes it seemed off compared to the rest of the image. The filter really put the image together beautifully brought out a calming vibe.

I think this picture is super cool! I think that he white light is a little bit too bright, and I think it takes a little bit away from the ring. I think the photo would be better balanced if the brightness was turned down to put an emphasis on the ring. I see the mood of this picture as relaxing and happy. The photographer seems to have been relaxing and reading, as they grabbed their camera and decided to snap a cool picture.

I really like this picture. I love rings and books so it's two of my favorite things. It really makes me feel calm and I love how you took the picture. It's framed really well and it looks nice and neat. - Katie G. HHS
