Hannah J -Decay

This picture is called Decay, and it was taken in the dining room of my house on January 8th. I used a Canon PowerShot to take the image, then edited it with Analog Efex Pro, Dfine, and a photo stylizer. I also cleaned a little bit of the dust and grime up, but it might have been better if there wasn’t quite so much dirt. I had taken this photo because I thought the color drained ladybug looked pretty. There are a ton of ladybugs in our house during the winter.

I really like the vibe of this photo! I like the contrast of the lady bug to the background. I also really like the vignette the picture gives off. The orange dots on the ladybug really stand out. Very nice job! Definitely a keeper :)

I really like this photo! The blue background makes it seem like a gloomy day, but the red from the lady bug brightens it up. I like how the ladybug is centered horizontally, but towards the bottom of the image. It makes the eye draw towards it. I like how there is a high depth of field. When you look in the background of the image, it seems to go and go. I like the mood that this photo gives off. This is a keeper!

The picture is really nice! The setup of the ladybug's position and its coloring compliments the image. The slightly blurred background with the vignette makes it stand out even more and helps catch the viewer's eye.

I think this is a great image. I love the colors of the image they all blend in well. I like how the focus is on the Ladybug and the background is a bit blurry. I also I like how the reflection of the ladybug is on the image. Betsy B.-HHS

Hannah!
I really like this picture alot. I really like how the lady bug's color and the background stand out from each other. I also like how the edges of the picture are darker than the center. I also like how you used the rule of thirds and had the lady bug in the corner. I really like this picture and I would definitely hang it up on my wall.
Definitely a keeper.
