Abby W- Blue & Empty

I took this picture in the downtown Homewood in between two storefronts. To edit, I increased the brightness and contrast of the background layer, added and Nik filter (analog), then added a second brightness and contrast layer on top of the Nik filter- increasing both. I painted a vignette to increase the drama and used the dodge tool to brighten the chair.

This is an awesome shot. I love the simplicity of the photo, but it still really catches my eye. Nice job!

I really like this picture! This picture looks great with the chair not right in the center of the picture. It really brings it out. The definition of the chair and the vines going up the building looks good! I do believe this photo could've been a little better if maybe it had just a little contrast. Other than that, I believe this photo is really good.

I love the aged look that this chair has. I think it really brings out the colors in the rest of the photos and gives the whole photo a homey feel. I think the background could have been a little darker to provide better contrast but I really like this and would probably frame it. -Lauren B HHS

I really like this picture. I like the main focus of the chair and the lighting is nice with the darkness on the edge. I would definitely hang this photo on my wall.

I love the rustic vibe that this picture gives off. I would maybe decrease or ade out the natural wall colors and add more saturation to the main focal points.

Love the creativity and aesthetic that is created by this photo. Good use of the rule of thirds too! Great composition with how it is taken and I really like how you used the Nic Filter on this too!

I really like the detail of the photo and the vibrate contrast. I like how it looks darker in the back and brighter in the front of the photo. I also the color on the image its not to harsh but just right to catch the eye. All around great photo

This an amazing picture I really like the detail in the chair. The green color of the leaves brings out the color on the wall and chair. My favorite part is the rustic looking chair. Good Job!! - Omar S. HHS
