Briley S- Sunset

This was taken towards the beginning of the year outside of my house. It was taken with my Samsung SL720. To edit this picture I turned the brightness down and then turned up the contrast to make it darker and to bring out the orange. The picture could be better if my neighbor’s house wasn’t in the way.

great picture! i think this is a really cool setting how the trees look like they are purposely placed on the house. i would only brighten the sky a little but great job!

I really like this picture. I like the lighting of the picture. I like how the clouds look mysterious and dark and how the house and trees look merged together. This picture remind me of the 2012 tornado . right after i walked outside my house and the sky looked exactly like your photo. I don't see anything wrong with this picture GOOD JOB!

I really like the photo. I like that the color acts as the background to give the trees a silhouette appearance. I really like the contrast between the light and dark areas. I like that photo has a nice depth of field created by the clouds in the background. I'd hang up the photo in my house.

Neat photograph. The orange is very impressive and creates a cool effect, as if the sky were on fire. The house isn't very obviously an obstruction, because the trees seem to be growing out of the house. The gap between the treeline where the bright lighting is is also a very interesting effect. The composition of positioning is also nice. Overall, interesting photo.

I really like this picture i think that the area on the bottom right is a little overexposed and should be dimmed a little bit. I also like the way you framed the trees/bush on the center of the left third and the clouds on the lower third. I would definitely keep and hang this photo on my wall, because it is a beautiful picture.

I really love this picture but i think that there could have been a few fixes wit the exposure. That is my main problem and I feel like this picture is great and was a good shot. I really like the way the sun's rays are in the dark clouds.

I really like this photo. It captures the beauty in a sunset photo that many people bypass. I like how the reds and oranges are so vibrant against the grey clouds. The only thing that could have been better was if the sky in the bottom right corner was more a blue color and not necessarily white. Other than that I really like this photo, good job girl!

Briley, I love this picture!!! The lighting makes it look so good because of the silhouette shaping of the tree and lightness and darkness in the sky. Having the tree to the left of the image really shows the rule of thirds. This picture balanced very nicely! I would definitely keep this picture!!!

I love this picture. I think it is just perfect the way it is. I love how the lighting makes a silhouette of the trees and house rooftop and doesn't take away the attention from what you want us to see through your eyes. I think this has a miraculous background as it seems as if the sky is actually on fire, which is amazing. I would definentally keep this on my wall because this is a very cool picture.
