Here you can see images and comments by Digital Photo students at Hoover High School. The blog will be updated daily so check back to see whats new.
This was taken in my friends backyard where there is a creek and it was taken sometime in Spring. It was taken with my phone camera. I edited it by changing the brightness and the white point. It could be better if I knew more about what I am doing.

Very good photo! I love the tonal range of the photo. They are very green toned and faded. The mood of the picture is very seasonal and you can almost feel the spring air through the colors depicted.
Lovely photo! You can clearly see the flower which is the main point of the image and you made that easy to recognize. I love how the background is a little faded but not to much to where you can't see anything behind the flower. I love the tone and color how its not too bright but they're fun colors. I love the rocks and how it makes the flower pop out. The only thing I would change about the image would be the location of the flower, maybe with it being a little more in the middle. Other than that amazing job! ~Megan C-HHS
I love this photo!! All the colors somehow blend and the purple and blue and green look so good all together,I think this is an amazing photo and the shoe color matches also!1 Im not sure if that was on purpose or not but its great.
This is such a cool photo! I love all the bold colors in the flower along with the blue shoes! Those two points help the subject stand out from the less-bold color of the rocks. I also like how you can tell that the flower is the subject from the placement in the photo along with the distance it is away from the camera!
