Hannah J.- Cooking With Color

This picture is called Cooking With Color because it is the bottom of a frying pan. I took it on October 23rd in my kitchen with my Canon Powershot. I added some saturation and contrast. It would be better if there hadn’t been a spoon in the background, and if the pan hadn’t been quite so dirty.

I love how the focus of this image is on the center of the pan. I also love how it is centered. I think this is a really cool image and I love all the colors!

I love the colors in this photograph. It reminds me of the galaxy. It is amazing to me that this is a pan! The focus is nice, having the colors surround the subject. I think it would be better if the top of the frame was cropped out, having the color be the border and foreground completely around.

I love the different colors on the bottom of the frying pan. Also, as you said if the pan hadn't been so dirty the picture would've looked better. If you had a more definite focus area in the picture it also would've made it look better
This is a really cool picture! I love the range of colors in this picture. I wish the picture had more of a focus, but I think this picture is more about the colors than the picture. I think this is a really pretty picture and definitely a keeper.

i really like the colors in the picture. i also like the angle that it was taken in. i think this is a really cool picture, i like it a lot.
I really like how it shows all the colors. Its focused so nicely it reminds me of a rainbow in the sky.
I like the variety in color with the way the light shines off of it. The center black adds good contrast against the colors. As well as the focus on the black part of the pan. i hope to see more photos like this.

This pictures is really well focused, has a ton of leading lines, and is centered so well! This has such a broad range of colors and at first I thought this was a picture of a record. Definitely a keeper and a great piece!
I love the colors in this image. I think the focus is great and and the blur in the pictures makes it much better. I do agree that the image would be better if the pan wasn't dirty. Other than that I think this is a great image that I wouldn't mind hanging on my wall. Betsy B.- HHS
