I took this picture of my dog, Bindi, at Oak Mountain. I took this with my Nikon D7000. I brightened the image a lot, converted it to black and white, and sharpened it slightly. Like it because I think it is a good action shot.

First off I have to say what a cute dog!! The picture is just so amazing and I totally agree with saying its an action shot! The black and white was a great affect because it doesn't make the picture to busy and it really compliments Bindi's features. It's really great and you did such an amazing job! -Julia M. HHS
This is such a good picture! I love the black and white, it really brings out the dog! The focus on the image is perfect even though he's moving there is no blur on the picture which is great! Again great job!
I love how the Black and white detail the water around the dog. The water made the subject center of attention. There are some great leading line in the dogs fur. Sophia Jackson HHS
I love this! As a dog person, it immediately stood out. I really like the black and white layer. I think it makes the photo look more dramatic. The focus and positioning is really great. You captured just enough of your dog and the surrounding area. The detail is really cool, too. Great pic! Margaret S - HHS
I love this picture! I think you did a great job capturing this moment. I like how the exposure is very subtle. This picture has good amount of lighting along with the lights and dark areas. Overall, picture looks very balanced. I think editing this picture into black and white makes the picture look very nice. The focusing on the dog and position of the entire subject was very well done. Overall, great job on this shot.
I really like how the water droplets are blurring out the background putting the focus on the dog's face. The black and white helped put even more of the focus on the dog. Having the color in the photo would cause a distraction, so good job! I would hang it on my wall because it just makes me so happy, I love dogs and this picture just gives me a happy feeling. I think you did a great job at capturing this action photo. This photo has a good amount of lighting and dark areas. Everything is great balance with each other. The focusing on the dog and also the water around him was very well done. The black and white really makes it look more dramatic. Overall 12/10. Good photo and good doggo! -Sarah Hutnak HHS
Now this is a good action picture!!!! I love the detail of and everything of this picture. I love the way you made this picture look. But i would have turn the picture into the color so you could see the water and everything,. But black and white looks god too.
This is such a good picture, the DOF works very well for this image. The lighting is good for the mood of the picture, but i would say its slightly underexposed and it would be even cooler if you could see the details on the dogs face. Over all i think tis is a very great shot, you captured the motion perfectly with out the dog being blurry. Awesome work!
