I took this photo "Ripples" for my still life assignment. The object is a drinking glass and I used my light source very close to it to get the ripples to show up with more contrast. In photoshop I cropped the image, increased the blue tint on the image and lightened some areas of the background.

I really like how the ripples look it feel like they are moving kind of like waves in the ocean. I wish hat the shadow wasn't fad but other then that like the blue coloring and the lighting.

I really like this picture. I love how you can see the ripple in the shadow giving it movement. It is a little dark though, but the color is very nice and adds to the ripple. Good job!
