Will C-Red bench

My picture is called "Red Bench". I took this picture for the day and night assignment. I took it in the day but the bench is underneath my deck so it was dark. I had to manipulate the shutter and aperture. To edit it, I cropped it, made it black and white, and painted the bench back to its original state. I like this picture because the bench stands out. It could be better if I had been more careful at the top of the bench when I repainted it.

Great Photo!
I really like how the bench is centered and focused, and follows the "Rule of Thirds." I also really like how the color of the bench contrasts with the black and white background to create the mood and feeling from the photograph. Overall, the photo was precisely shot and composed magnificently. Fantastic Job.

I really like how you emphasized the chair but you could have done a little better with focusing only on the chair. The reflection in the background and the side of a house it look like is noticeable. I really like though that you blackened your background. Good job though

I love the angle of the picture and the fact that the bench is actually in the center. I think it adds more dynamics that it's the literal main focus. I love the bench and how old it looks and how well the color looks against the black and white background. This is an amazing picture.

I really like how this picture is taken from the side instead of right in front. The placing of the bench is nice too! I love how you brought it back to its original color and left the back ground black and white. Other than the top of the bench and above it being a little off like you said; I wouldnt change a thing.

I am really obsessed with this picture! It is so good! I love the way you really made it stand out by making everything else black and white. Like the others said I also like how you shot it from a side angle instead of a typical front angle. It is perfect the way it is! Good job(:

I really like this picture, because it focuses just on the bench in the center and its color (or color range). The bench stands out with the black and white background and a primary color (red) for the paint. The background makes the red very vivid. Also, the focus (and DOF) works well in this photo to point the viewer to the bench alone because the bench is quite sharp, and the far background is softer. I really like this photo with its simplicity of just a red bench, however, you might want to make the legs red too...

Nice picture! I like the fact that you decided to turn the background black and white, it really helps the red stand out. However, I agree that you could have done a better job painting it. Taking out some of the yellow streaks on the back of the bench would really help. I also thought that part of the setting was too bright, so try meddling with the black and white settings to see if it can get better.

I like the picture. You did a nice job of making only the bench red and blue and the rest black and white. The angle is great because it's not from a standing perspective; instead, it's from low. Also, the blue and red make a nice contrast. However, you could have done a better job eliminating the green above the bench. Other than that, nice job.

This is a really cool picture. I like the emphasis that was put on the bench with the black and white background. The vivid bright red color that the bench was painted helped the bench stand out. I also like the fact that you centered the object. The bench would not have looked good on a Third. The focus that you put on the picture is appropriate, but I think that the picture could have be better if the background was blurred. Overall, this is a very cool picture.
