Robert C- My Alvarez

The picture I chose was of my Alvarez. I took this picture in my back yard against my house. I softened the image around the door and hardened it on the sides of the picture. I also added some contrast to the image and desaturated it. I made it black and white as well. I think that I could have made less glare on the tuning board, but overall I think it turned out pretty good.

Wow, great photo! I extremely like how the guitar is located to the left of the photo, so there is no specific subject in the photo, and the photo is featuring both the guitar and the door. I also like the black and white feature of the photograph as well. The mood of the photo really tells the viewer your passion. Again, great job!

This picture really caught my eye. I really like the texture and detail of the building in the background. I think the guitar sitting up against the wall makes the picture look artistic. The color and tone range looks very good and contrasts with the guitar well. I also like the lighting in this picture. It's not too dark or light. Good job!

This photo is really neat! I like that it is very simple and does not have a lot going on. The lightness and Contrast really makes this subject stand out and look more detailed! I also really like how the guitar isn't in the center of the photo. Great Job!

This is a very cool picture. I like the fact that you put the subject on a third by following the rule of thirds. The picture would have looked very dull had the guitar had been placed in the center of the picture. I think that the focus you chose is appropriate, but I feel that the background could have been blurred a little bit to put emphasis on the guitar. I like the fact that you put the image in black and white. It was a very good choice. Overall, I think that this is a very good picture. I can see that you like the guitar.

This picture looks like it represents you. I like how you put the instrument in like an old kinda unique spot. It makes the instrument stand out to me.

This photo really stood out to me. I think it's one of the best I've seen. I like the details of the background and how you can see the cracks and ridges in it. I also like how you put the guitar to the side instead of in the middle which makes the image a lot better. Also, the black and white you've added gives it that unique feeling to the picture.

I am obsessed with this picture! I love that the picture is in black and white. The different textures of the wall also add a lot to the picture. If you had to change one thing I think that cropping a little more of the left side would make it look better because the part coming off the wall is already mostly cropped out of the picture. That's very minor and over all this picture is fabulous!!

I think this is a really cool picture. I think that the black and white makes it"s look like it's used often, like it's a classic. The lighting is perfect and you can tell that the guitar is the focus of the photo. This photograph seems to be balanced and I wouldn't change anything about it.
