Tripp W-Rustic

I titled this rustic because, not only is it rusty, but rustic means to be lacking in social grace. So while the grill is rusted and relatively unappealing in real life, it can be turned into something unique and pleasing to look at. I tried to capture as much detail and texture in the rust as i could. I ended up adjusting the colors to a more green and blue to make it seem colder on the left, but as you progress to the right, the feel gets a bit warmer.

I Like the Tone of this picture, it really compliments and highlights the colors of the rust on the object. I also like how it is focused on the object in the foreground and you can tell on the right side that the background is blurred. I like this picture a lot, good job!

This picture is really cool. I like the orange paint on the grill. It makes the grill look old and antique. The warmth increase to the right makes the picture more interesting. I might have lightened it up a bit, but overall its a good picture! -Catherine S HHS

This picture is really interesting to look at. I like that the brightness of the rust contrasts with the coolness of the dark green. Also this picture is pretty focused which also adds to it. It gives the viewer a sense of warmth, which I enjoy. Great picture!

Tripp, I really like the focus of the photo and how there is no blur in the photo. My favorite thing in the picture is the colors. I really like that you changed the color of the grill to green-blue because it really looks good with the orange rust. I like the mood that the photo creates as well. The age of the grill really shows and the rust adds age and creates a story as well. The only thing that I might change is the angle that you took the photo at. I think it could have incorporated more of the pull on the side and maybe not have been cropped out.

I love this picture! The colors stand out so nicely and I love your description of the photo. I think changing the colors to make them more blue and green was a very good decision because it makes the rust stand out more. The only part I would change would be to crop more of the background out so you can't see the trees in the background. Other than that the picture is fabulous.

This picture is somewhat interesting. I don't truly understand the whole rustic concept but I do like how it starts as a darker image then progresses to getting warmer. The picture still is a little vague and boring, But still interesting. The edges blurred is a nice touch though.
