For my Photo Blog picture I have chosen a picture of the sky. I chose this picture because I thought it could be edited and made really nice. This photo was taken in April, around the time when school was almost over. It was almost summer, so i decided to take a picture of the bright sky. That is the reason I named this image "Bright Skies". I simply took this picture on my phone and has had it on my phone since then.

At first glance I really like this photo. The sun looks pretty cool contrasted against the blue sky. The balance of light vs. dark is very apparent with the trees against the sun light. Although i think it's a little overexposed i still really like the artificial coloring of the trees so i would consider this a keeper.

This is a good picture. I like the brightness of it. It makes the sun look cool because the effects cause it to be larger than it really is. I do not like the artificial looking trees. Overall, this is a good picture.
