Jessica P- Frog

This picture was taken at my Aunt and Uncle's house in Valley Grande, AL.  My brother and I had flipped over an old canoe and found it. I like the way this picture focuses on the frog's face and shows depth of field.

Ha this is awesome, even though there aren't really any colors that pop, the detail of the frog does! Great example of depth of field as the fore ground is in great focus and the background is burred. It almost seems as though you can see the emotion in the frogs face. Nice picture!

Really Cool! I like how the frog is in focus and all of the detail in his eyes and skin is very detailed and visible. I think that the frog being centered is better in this case than following the rule of thirds, because the frog is a strong subject. If anything, I would straighten out the picture a little, it looks like the frog is about to slide right off the side of the photo. Overall, this picture is really cool!

This is a great picture! I love how the angle of the floor is slanted while the frog looks horizontal. There's some great detail in this picture, especially with how clear the frog's face came out, but I would like to see some more detail for the rest of the frog. Really cool picture overall.

This is a really interesting picture. I really like how sharp the focus is in this picture. It focuses on the frog well, especially on the face; however, the focus is a little bit too close. It is hard to se the rest of the frog. This draws my eye just to the details on the frogs face. Also, I like how the photo is just specific to the frog, not the space around it. The cropping/framing seems good to keep the viewers focus on just the frog. I really like this photo, but I think that it could be a little brighter or have enhanced colors. I really like the details and sharpness though.

This is a great picture. I love how the frogs eyes are in focus and the background is out of focus. I also love how sharp the photo is. It really adds great detail to the frog. Really cool picture

I really like this photo because its focused on the head of the frog. The blurred edges are a nice way to focus on the frog too.

This is a fantastic picture! I really love the shallow depth of field that brings out the details of the frog's skin while the background fades softly. I like how the picture is slightly tilted and that adds the "diagonal line" that makes the picture visually pleasing. I also really like the mysterious tone of the picture create by the dark colors. Great job!

I love the depth of field displayed in this picture. I love where the soft and hard focuses are. I love the colors of the frog and how close you were able to get to him. This is absolutely beautiful.

Great Picture! I wish I could make pictures come out this sharp. The depth of field is perfect, and the background is really irrelevant, so awesome job with that!I love the bright green eyes of the frog, and I feel they're really the centerpiece of the picture. Nice reflections too. The off-balance positioning of the frog's feet is nice, and I like that you made the eyes level in the picture. It's unanimous. Amazing job.

I really like this picture because of the depth of field. It adds so much to the picture. I like that the frog is in the middle of the shot because it is where the main focus is. The picture is fantastic over all!

Good shading around the frogs face, makes the eyes really stick out and shine. Great idea tilting the camera sideways.

This picture is great!!. my favorite thing about it is the eyes. The glossy effect and look. They only thing i think could have been better is if you had more focus on the back of the frog over all i think you could have done better.

I love your frog picture , i really like how the focus point is the frog and everything in the back around is blurred so the frog is the first thing you see. From this picture you really get the feelings of the frog.

I like this picture. It is very interesting and I am sure that a frog like this is rare. I also like how the image is focused on the frog, and how it really stands out as well. Furthermore, I like the way the colors are and the setting of the image as well. Finally, I like how you went outside and took an image of something that is interesting.

Nice picture. I like this photo because of the great focus it has. The blurred edges of the picture makes the picture look great too. The colors are awesome but I think that a little more bright areas would look better.

I like the way that you zoomed in on the TOAD it really brings out the colors of the TOAD. I think it looks really cool.

This picture has so much detail in the frog's face. I really like how it tells a story and demonstrates real art. The detail makes the eyes pop out and even though it is not extremely colorful, the colors blend well together. The slant of the concrete creates almost a falling affect with the frog which makes the picture even more interesting. The blurred edges bring the focus to the frog. I really like this picture, good job! -Catherine S.

Really great photo. I like how the shallow depth of field only captures the face's definition. The range of tones is also great. However, the centered composition is a bit boring.
