Clay K- Untitled

This was taken on my deck. It was taken with my Nikon d5000. It was taken at dawn on a partly cloudy day. I edited it by adding a red hue to the background, softened the background, darkened the shadows and added a multicolor fade filter onto the lenses of the glasses. It could be better if there was less bright colors and if it was more sharp.

Wow, this is really pretty! I love the colors and the warmness it has. The reds and oranges contrasting with the blacks and greys are really nice. Your edits are amazing. I really like the vibe, I can tell that it was edited, but I do not think that it was too much, just enough! Definitely a keeper! I also like the composition. I love how even though the sunglasses are somewhat in the center, the part that is in focus is utilizing the rule of thirds; adds a lot of interest! I love the depth of field and I think you did a very good job with this image!

This picture is really cool!! I love how the sunglasses are off to the right, so it's not too centered, how the sun coming up in the background is reflected in the sunglasses, and how it is clearly visible what the focus of the picture is. A really really great photograph! I honestly would totally hang this up if it was mine! Great job!

The color gives the picture a very relaxed tone. The light reflects beautifully off of the lenses. The focus is clear, and the glasses are well-centered.

You did a really great job with the focus on the glasses, I like how you can see some sort of reflection within the glasses. I also like how there are different shades and tones of warm like colors. I also like the way you had angle the picture, i like how it is somewhat in the center but it is at a side angle. This angle allows us to see some sort of reflection within the glasses. At the end I really like the picture and the way you put it together. Great job!

This is a really nice shot and you did a good job when you took the positioning of the glasses which corresponds with the background. The lighting is soft and harsh at the same time but still made the image look good. The red on the background should have been less bright and it should have showed the contrast between it and the glasses. But still it looked on this concrete surface which adds a little touch to it. There are more dark areas than light since the trees in the back were not in focus which made it look like is smudged together. The mood in the picture is very relaxing and makes want to see the sunset everyday. Love this photo, is really beautiful!!

This is a great picture. It really caught my eye. The colors are perfect and kind of make it feel nostalgic. I love the way the sun and everything reflects off of the lenses and how the background has the red sky and blurred trees. I also like how its angled and not taken directly in front of the glasses. Overall its a great picture. - Chris A HHS

I like this photograph of the sunset. I like hot the glasses are sitting on a rock with a blurry sunset in the background. I like how the glasses are slightly off-centered. I like this picture a lot.

I think this is a really cool picture! It caught my eye as I was scrolling through the blog. I really like all the colors in this picture and I like how it is very focused on the sunglasses. The reflection of the sun off of the glasses is really cool. I would keep this picture. Good Job!

I think this picture is super cool! I love the sunset in the background! The focus of this picture is a sharp focus on the sunglasses, and I think it works really well for this picture. There are not too many light or dark areas. This picture works very well with the lighting. I would love to hang this picture on my wall!! It is really cool!
