Madeline T. - AK

I decided to title this picture AK.  I took it at Panama City Beach a few weeks ago, on a trip with my youth group.  It was taken with a Nikon DSLR camera.  I edited this to reduce the highlights and enhance the contrast in order to make Anna Kate stand out from the water.  The one thing I would change about this picture is the placement of Anna Kate in comparison to the water.

I like how the main focus is her with the ocean in the background. The photo is balanced, there is not an unbalance of light and dark. The photographer's mood was meant to be happy, having fun at the beach with friends.
