Darius, you applied so many filters to this photo that it doesn't look that great. For future projects you need to chill on the filters. And you should start putting details on your images.
Cool pic! I think it could be better if the subject was in sharper focus than the rest of the image. Also I think if you cropped parts of the background out you could improve the image quality a lot. The colors make me feel happy but I think the are extreme for this photo.
