John A - Sepia Landscape

This photo is called Sepia Landscape. I took it with a cannon powershot over the summer at the Warrior River coal mines. I put a sepia filter o it and edited it in iPhoto. I think it would look better if I had used a wider lens.

I really like this photo! The landscape is amazing and makes a perfect picture. The use of the filter really was the finishing touch to this photo. Great job!

This is a really cool image and has a great concept. I like how the gap in the hills is toward the side of the photograph. The sepia filter really gives this image a perfect tone. Great Image!

love this picture! i like the sepia tones and the rule of thirds is visible. the path isn't completely centered. it looks really nice. i would definitely frame this picture! it looks like a professional took it.

I really love this picture! i like the simplicity of it. the way the hills give way to the dirt path is really cool. I also think the coloring is just perfect. It seems a tad blurry but overall a great picture!

This is a really cool photo i like how the sky looks. Also i like hoe the sky gets lighter as you look for left to right. I like the atmosphere the picture creates its as if you are about to go into the unknown. This is a really good photo and i agree it would be cool if you took the photo with a wider lens.

I like how the sepia filter is used to give the picture an old fashioned look. The lighting in the picture is also really good and it adds to the detail of the dirt paved road while the sky's color reminds me of old paper which is cool.

I really like the different shadowing vs. lighter tones in this picture. I usually hate filter-like edits, I like pictures to be more sooc, but I think the sepia is a great fit! I like how the road is off centers, it gives the picture more dimension! Good job

I love this photo, it is so cool. i love the use of the filters. The sky is a light and dark shade of brown but it is an empty sky. The landscape is very cool. i love the color of the mountains and seems to be dirt. The brown theme of everything is very unusual but creative.
