Tyler C- Baseball in the Grass

This picture is called Baseball in the grass and was taken at Shades Mountain Park one afternoon. THe image was taken with my Kodak point and shoot camera. I edited this image by increasing the contrast and saturation in order to highlight the rough nature of the baseball. The image could be better if the image was a little sharper.

This photo brings back childhood memories of when I used to play softball, even if it's just a baseball. Like you said it could be sharper but in all honesty I think you should just have just put all of the focus on the baseball since that is most likely the main subject, versus the grass, seeing as the grass isn't all that important.
Good job :3

This is a great photo Tyler. The depth of the foreground is low, but it looks fine anyway. The only thing that could have been better is if you could have found an area of grass that was greener, which may be harder in the fall. Great job!

Tyler, I love the way you edited this photo!! The warm depth of this photo from the sun really adds to the summer look of the photo. I also love the way you sharpened the grass, but I wish the front grass in the picture wasn't so sharp. That way it could blend in with the rest of the grass instead of looking kinda white. I think that this photo really brings out the intensity of Summer and I also love the way the baseball is sitting in the grass! Great job and good creative thinking!

I really love the warmness and coloring of this picture! like Brianna said I would have liked if the baseball was more focussed on as opposed to the grass. other than that its fabulous!
