I like some of the colors of this photo, but everything in the photo just seems difficult to see because of the constant color and glare. The color is blue even over the ray which makes it blend. This could have been darkened to make the subject pop more. The lighting from the lights above the water is a little distracting, but they seem necessary for the shot. This is a pretty cool picture, but it could be improved.
