Cole G - Foilage

I took this photo of a plant while on vacation in the Grand Canyon National Park. I used the macro setting to capture it up close with a shallow depth of field. I really like how that turned out - sharp where there are bits of leaves and greenery, but blurry as the plant gets more woody and lifeless.

I think this picture is super cool. I love how it is a bundled up not of roots and not just one. The focus of the picture is great and the colors really tie it all together.

I love the colors and the detail in this picture. The little bits in the bottom right corner draw my attention and the crazy roots and limbs make my eyes wander. I think you did a great job with the angle and capturing the mood of the plant life.

The detail in this picture is really cool. I like how a certain area is in focus while the rest of the picture is blurred. The colors are really calming and cool. Great angle, good job.

Neet picture. I love how the picture looks so sharp and entailed. The colors are cool too, i like the hint of green the moss brought into the picture.

I really like the warmth of this picture. It almost looks inviting, even though its a plant. I like the small focal point and how the plant flows and swirls around. Its very interesting. Great picture!

Wow! Really love this picture! It has an outstanding view. I love how this image has low, darkish, warm, sepia colors. It makes the image look nice. Also, I like how the image is focused on the lower right rather than the whole image. Good job! And this picture wold totally be a keeper.
