Jessica P- Sophie

This is a picture that I took over Thanksgiving break of my dog, Sophie.  I wish I had not cut her tail out when I took it, but still think she's cute.  I edited it by increasing the brightness a little and lowering the level of cyan.

I like this picture because it reminds me of my old dog. He used to sit in the front yard and do the exact same thing! I think it could have been better with the whole body in it like you said. The grass in the background looks cool because it is blurry and dark. It makes her stand out even more.

Hes so adorable! i really like how the woods in the background are blurred out and i can get the feel that in there. The DOF is amazing in this picture, i think you got it spot on. The composition is odd tho, its kind of centered but off center at the same time, but it works with this picture. i wish you hadn't cropped his tail out either, it would've made for a much better picture, but over all i would hang it up in my wall

I love this picture! I love how it's not the usual pet picture thats a close up blurry picture of the animal's face, it's more interesting how she is chewing on the stick. Sophie is clear and sharp, contrasting with the blurry background. Cute picture.

I love this photo we just add a German Shepherd to our family. i like how in focus it is for me it is alway hard to keep my dog still long enough to get my camera out. i also like how it is centered.

This is an adorable picture! You're right it would've been better if you got the tail in the picture. But either way its a good photo! I also really like the colors in this picture
