This is a photo that I took outside of my church. I saw that this was the only flower in a patch of ivy, so I zoomed in and got the best focus on it. I edited the photo with by changing it to black and white but keeping color on the flower and cropping. I used the photo for the Day and Night assignment and I shared this photo because I really like how the flower pops with color right in the center of the frame.

I like the exposure of the flower. It puts alot of focus on it because of the black and white background. The balance of the flower works perfectly for this. I like it, would put this as my wallpaper.
This is a very nice picture. I love how you used layers to make the leaves black and white. It make the pink and green really stand out. I also like how the green part looks fuzzy. It has nice saturation and the sun spots make it look bright.
I like how the flower really pops out at you. The background is a little out of focus but they may have been you did to it. I like how you used rule of thirds and didn't just center it. I like how it kinda has a leading line that draws your eye to the to the top of the flower.
