Betsey S - Bison

I named this photo Bison because it is a photo of a bison. It was taken in west yellowstone while on a trip in January. This photo was taken with my canon rebel T6. I edited this image by bringing the highlights down because it was a bit bright. I feel like it is still a little to bright and I could bring down the brightness and shadows.

This photo has great composition and and amazing color contrast. ii would say that the background behind the bison could be bit darker to make more contrast.- JB

This image looks really good, I like the snow behind it and the shawdow in the snow. I don't think you could do anything else to it.

This is so cool! While I usually scroll own on the blog more before choosing a photo to comment on, this photo drew me in immediately! This is so cool!. I love how the bison is so in focus and the background is blurred. I do agree that the photo in general could have been a little be darker, but this picture is really good! I love that the bison is looking in your direction.]

This is a really good picture. I really like how the buffalo has snow on his nose. I think the background could be a bit darker and this would look better.

This is great photo, looks like it should be in a nature documentary or something. Composition, color, and lighting are great. This would definitely be one to print out and put on a wall. Great job, just a minor gripe is the sharpness, but that could just be from how small the image is on the blog.

Wow! This is really cool! My only critique is how bright the snow is. You could increase the brightness of the Bison or lower the brightness of the snow or both, either would work. Overall its really good! It definitely caught my eye.

This picture is really cool Betsey. I like how the bison is posed and looking towards you which makes the photo a bit more immersive than any other picture. I also like how you were able to SEE a bison in the wild and just snap a picture, good job!

I love the capturing of nature. It is so beautiful to witness in its true form. I love the exposure the entire image is subject to and am really fond of the icy looking background and surface the Bison is standing on. There is a wonderful balance to your image with the realism in the shadows and the focus of other elements of the photo but keeping the main object of the Bison so clear. Wonderful and keep it up!

this is a pretty dope picture I'm very interested in how you too this picture. how far away were you from the bison because that actually a pretty good shot of the bison. I rate this picture a 10/10. I love o=how it has the blur in the background of the picture.
