Emily F- Ellie

I titled this photo “Ellie” because that is the name of the dog in the photo. This was taken in my house over Thanksgiving break. It was taken with a Sony cyber-shot DSC-h300. I edited it in photoshop. It could be better if it were a bit more clear.

I love this picture Emily!! Your puppy is so cute! I love how clear this picture is and the angle it is taken at! I also love how she is playing with the tennis ball during the picture! It makes more of an action pic! I think this picture could be better if you cropped it a little more but overall it is a fantastic picture!!

This picture is so cute! I like how the picture is bright and how the puppy is doing something. I love how the picture is so clear because it brings out the color of the dog and its eyes. Your puppy is adorable! I would definitely hang this picture on my wall. Great job

Overall, I like this picture. The lighting is very strong and conveys a comfortable atmosphere. And, in addition, you took a adorable shot of the dog in a cute position. The background is varied and interesting for the eye, yet the foreground is lacking, and more could be cropped to tighten and balance the image better. And, as you do mention, the picture could more clear and less noisy, but what can you do? Instead of harping on things you can't really change, I'll suggest things you could do to improve the image. In addition to the cropping suggestion, increasing the contrast just slightly may lend more tone and character to the shot, because as it is, the image is a tad flat. As well, a slight increase of contrast further could improve too, but all of these suggestions are of my opinion, so if you wish, take them with a grain of salt. Thanks regardless and good picture!
