This Picture is called American Life. Its an abandon insurance building downtown. I took this two weeks ago with my NikonD5300. I took a tree out of the lower right corner and played around with the contrast and shadows and fixed up the sky to fill in the empty space where the tree was.

Cool pic! I really like this image because the building is centered and the angle from which it was taken adds an interesting effect to the photo. I also like the detail that you put into it by covering up the tree and recoloring the sky, I didn’t realize it until you pointed it out. I believe that you could possibly make this picture better by making the building itself pop out more with the help of contrasting. Overall, I enjoyed this image. This picture looks fascinating! I like how the building has a dark tone to fit with the cloudy weather in the background. You also said that there was a tree in the corner that you took out and it amazes me because I thought there were no alterations with this photo. This edit is great in my opinion.
