Kristie M.- Pink Hibiscus

This image is called “Pink Hibiscus”. I took it on my Nikon camera outside of my hotel room when my family went to Florida this summer. I edited the image by increasing the brightness, cropping part of the left side to follow the Rule of Thirds, and increased the saturation. This image could have been better if I had not gotten too close and made the subject take up the majority of the image.

I really love this picture Kristie! The color of the hibiscus is beautiful and the green in the background gives a nice contrast. I love detailed and bright it is. The dark background brings out the vibrant pink and yellow. I would have taken it from a little farther away just to get the whole flower in the picture but it still looks great as it is.

Great shot, I have found it hard to make a good defined edge around the flower because it reflects so well and has a feathery noisey edge but it is defined very well in your picture. so thats good

Wow this picture deserves 1000 heart eye emojis ahhh! this is such a beautiful picture I love all the beautiful vibrant colors in the flower and the green leaves. I dont really think theres anything you really need to change about this photo in the way you have edited it or taken it. Maybe if the flower was more in the center and the photo was taken a little bit more from an above angle? but other than that, this is a beautiful shot. Great Job<3

I really love this picture of this really pretty flower. I like how focused and clear the image is. The color of the flower also looks great! I really like how bright the color of the flower is and how the background is darker and has shadows. I also like the contrast between the pink and green background. I think you should have included the whole flower but overall this is a great picture. You did a great job!

You did a good job focusing on the flower, and the depth of field for the image really highlights the flower. I really like the vibrant colors in this picture, and the center of the flower works well with the rule of thirds. I would definitely keep this one.

I really like the simplicity of the picture and I like the angle you choose to take the picture from. The soft colors just blend really well.
Great Job!!

I really like This photo Kristie. The focus on the flower is really nice. I really enjoy how it is clear that the Flower is the subject. I like where the sun is located and how it is casting the shadow in the flower a bit. I love the color of the flower it's a very happy color to me. The mood of this photo is very happy and joyful. I like the edit to the flower. It's very pretty and cute and the sun is located right on top of it. this seem like a chilled and nice place to be around. But i really love this photo.
