Sam C- Uno
This photo is called Uno. It was taken in my kitchen for the still life assignment. It was taken with my iPhone 6. I edited it by adding the blur in the background as well as removing objects from the table that I could. It could have been better by removing more stuff off of the table and only seeing the uno game being played.

I like this picture. The main color scheme works well and the shot is decently balanced overall. To elaborate, I like the rich brown-yellow of the table and how it contrasts to the crimson and indigo of the cards. As well, I feel that, although the shot could've used so more background room (its a tad claustrophobic), overall the shot is handled well and is balanced. One more thing I like is the reflections off the wood, especially the ones in the bottom-left corner. On the flip, one complaint I have is how the objects on the table aren't fully wiped on the shot and how you can still see them. Also, this isn't the most compelling subject matter to be photographing. And another, I think you should've moved the cards in the top-left closer to the camera on the table. Overall, good job, but don't forget the work ahead.
I really like this picture! I like how its such a simple thing but the way you took it makes it look better. I also like how you blurred out everything but the table. One thing you could do better next time is move the white box and the other stuff around it out of the picture.
