Areez L- Escalators
The title of this picture is image is Escalators. This picture was taken at the mall a few months ago for the Architecture assignment. It was taken with my Nikon Coolpix L340 camera and I edited this picture using the Analog Efex Pro 2 software as a template. I also brightened the image and added some hue and saturation to make the colors pop. This picture could’ve been better if I was able to take it at a different angle.

I really like this! I think the colors in this really bring everything out like the escalators. This is an interesting photo but very unique. I think this was taken at a good angle because it makes a cool view. You turned an ordinary object into a really neat pic. Good Job!

This is a neat photo! I really like the colors in this image and is very creative. I wouldn't have thought to photograph escalators for the architecture assignment. I think you took it at a great angle because your eyes follow the leading lines down. Nice job!

Areez, this is a decent picture. All throughout the picture, strong diagonal lines lead the eye up and down the escalators and around the shot. As well, each floor has a distinguishable color palette that gives the image variety AND repetition. But there are negatives. The composition is not balanced. All of the strong lines and main content are the escalators, but they are too far to the right. The only real solution is cropping the left side out, giving you a slimmer image but a better balanced. But in summary, your use of leading lines and varied color palette is really good, but the picture's not balanced. Either way, good job.
Areez, this is a very cool photo. In regard to a technical area, the focus is very good since the main subject of the escalators is very distinct compared to the rest of the things that happen to be in the photo. In regard to a composition area, the leading lines that are present in the photo are great. The eyes can start at the top of the photo and work their way down to the bottom or vice versa. In regard to an aesthetic area, I really do like this photo and would absolutely consider it a keeper. I think it would serve well as a framed photo or desktop background. I also like how you added some hue and saturation to make the colors pop. You did a great job with this photo.
